While joining this 3 days desert trip from Agadir to sahara please expect a long drive on the last day of the tour. Additionally, weather conditions can vary depending on the region, so we recommend packing suitable clothing according to the season.
If you plan to start the tour directly from Agadir Airport, please be aware that timing is important. Make sure your flight arrives in the morning. If your flight lands in the late afternoon or evening, it may affect the tour schedule and experience.
Your 3 days tour will start from Your Hotel in Agadir at 8:30 am. Your driver from around Morocco trips company will pick you up and head to Dades valley. First we will Drive across the Berber town of Taznakht, known for handmade carpets you’ll have a short visit if you’re interested. Then we’ll reach the historical site of Aitbenhaddou ” a world heritage site since 1987 ” where so many movies were filmed ( GLADIATOR, GAME OF TRANS , LAWRENCE OF ARABIA…). After the visit we’ll have lunch in the same place then we continue to Dades valley passing by Ouarzazate and skoura. Arrival to Dades valley around 5:00 pm drop off at your hotel. Dinner & Breakfast included.
After breakfast in your Hotel, we’ll leave Dades Valley at 9:00 am and head to Todra gorge ( A rock climbing destination). After a hiking tour that takes 30 minutes, we ‘ll continue our way to Tinejdad for lunch stop. Later on, we pass by Erfoud ( City of Fossils and Minerals ), after the visit, we ‘ll reach Merzouga Sahara Desert around 4:30 pm. You’ll start your camel trek excursion with a local expert guide across the magical dunes. you’ll have a stop in middle of the way to watch the sunset or to practice your sandboard activity. And then, you’ll arrive your camp by evening. Spend the night under a starry sky , dinner and party around campfire.
Today, the camp team will wake you up to see a uique sunrise over the sahara oF Erg Chebbi. Then, you’ll have breakfast and shower and we leave back to Agadir. It’s a long drive but we’ll have several stops by taking an alternative riad until Ouarzazate. We’ll visit Draa Valley ( the second largest one in Morocco).
