Itinerary

Day 1 : Fes - Ifran - Azrou - Midelt - Errachidia - Erfoud - Merzouga :

Our departure of your Fes to Marrakech desert tour will start from your accomodation around 8 :30 Am. The trip to Erg Chebbi dunes will last 9 hours in which we will see the Middle Atlas Mountains and some Berber villages (Tafilalet, Erfoud and Rissani). We will stop in some cities like Ifrane known for Switzerland city of Morocco. Then drive to Azrou to enjoy many astonishing places, beautiful nature, snowy mountains, cute monkeys, amazing views and stunning zig-zag roads. The lunch will be served in Midelt famous for the production of apple fruits, It's located between two main Mountains chains, the Anti Atlas and the Middle Atlas. Then we keep going through Ziz valley that's known for production of high quality dates in Morocco. We will stop at a beautiful and breathtaking view of the stunning & gaint palm tree oasis. After that we will arrive to Merzouga Erg Chebbi where we will ride camel to the middle of the magical sahara desert dunes before dark to enjoy the sunset and overnight in Nomadic desert camp.

Day 2 : Merzouga - Rissani - Todra gorge - Dades valley :

Merzouga to Dades through Todra gorges and Tinghir The next morning, you will be able to see the sun rise over the Sahara and then be on the camels again back to Merzouga. This would be the best After your breakfast, we leave from Mezouga and pass through Rissani where we will stop by to explore an old Marrkech that's dotted with local & hand made products such as vegetables, date and Fruits. Depending on time, we might drive to the lake with Flamingos near Merzouga. You will have the opportunity to see the the nomad's way of life and the amazing changing contrasts of the desert. You will visit the village of Khamlia to see the Gnawa musicians. You will have a traditional Berber pizza for lunch in the ancient capital of Rissani We will make a visit to an old Quranic school from which very popular and famous Islamic scholars graduated. Rissani also know for its mausoleum of the Ancestors of alaouite. Erfoud that is known for the fossils; here we can stop to visit a fossil workshop, the we continue to Dades via Joref, and stopping by to visit the genious & miraculous old system of water irrigation canals build with primative tools. then we proceed to the amazing Todra valley, known for rock climbing, where you can trek before we drive to dades gorges for the Hotel, Dinner and overnight in Dades.

Day 3 : Dades valley - Roses valley - Skoura valley - Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou - High atlas - Marrakech :

After breakfast at the hotel,we will drive througth the thousand kasbah road, the roses vally, a visit to Skoura oasis & Ouarzazate known for its Studios for Films' Making. It's know for being the hollywood of Morocco. Ouarzazate also known for its its solar power station (Noor Power station), It is considered the world's biggest solar power system. The whole Solar system Project is aimed to produce 580 MW at peak. Then we move to visit the Kasbah of ait benhaddou kasbah, one of the oldest Kasbahs in Morocco, its is known for it being the setting for Fiml Makers as well, such as "Games of Thrones", “Gladiator”, "Ali Baba", "Kundun", "Prince of Persia", The bible", "Kingdom of Heavens", Les rois Mages", " The living Daylight", "Slave of dreams", “Indiana Jones” and “Lawrence of Arabia”. and much more. After lunch, We will visit Kasbah Telouate. It is along the former route of the caravans from the Sahara over the Atlas Mountains to Marrakech. The kasbah was the seat of the El Glaoui family's power, thus sometimes also called the Palace of Glaoui, and it was built in the 18th and 19th centuries drive via Tizi N'Tichka pass with stops at all the beautiful sights between the Atlas Mountains and Marrakech. We will arrive to Marrakech at 5:00 pm.
