Merzouga 4×4 Off-Road Tour is an adventure around the Erg Chebbi dunes that allows you to discover hidden places with a local expert. You will visit real nomadic families living far from the touristy areas, explore mineral and fossil sites, and uncover the treasures of the Anti Atlas mines.

The tour may be cancelled due to weather conditions, as your safety is our top priority. In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund. If you wish to extend the experience and explore the Sahara more deeply, we can also arrange a full-day tour that includes many additional places to visit.
In the morning, your driver will pick you up from your hotel or desert camp to begin the 4×4 off-road tour. You’ll cross the black desert to visit a nomadic family, then continue to a mining site where you can explore the treasures of the Sahara on a short walking tour.
Next, enjoy a tasty picnic lunch prepared by your driver under the shade of an acacia tree. After some relaxation, the adventure continues to Khamlia village, where you’ll experience traditional Gnawa music. Later, you’ll visit an ancient irrigation system and a lush oasis. By late afternoon, we will transfer you back to your hotel or camp, marking the end of your Merzouga 4×4 adventure.
